For nowadays's Crochet-A-Day series post, I have the lovely Olivia ofAuspicious Beloved sharing a fun and fancy Crochet Scalloped Headband. It's the perfect accessory to lash up in a day!

Crochet-A-Day: Crochet Scalloped Headband
Supplies:
- 5.00mm Crochet Hook (sized H)
- 50g 8ply Yarn
- Scissors
- Tapestry/Wool Needle
Finished Size
This headband fits all sizes
{Easy adjustable, as explained in shape}
Instructions:
Start off past taking your 5.00mm crochet crochet and devising a Slip Knot, so crocheting 71 Chains.
{ Note: You can easy line up this headband for a child by single chaining 61 chains, or 49 chains for a baby.}
Row 1: Chain 2, Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next chain. So crochet 1 Half Double stitch into every string all across.
Row 2: Once you've completed row 1, Chain 1. Then Single stitch all around your headband.
When you reach the corners, Single stitch, Chain 1, then Single Crochet into the same sew.
Rough Edging:
Start of by attaching your narration to the first run up along the length of your headband.
Row 1:Chain 1. Single Crochet into the same stitch. Then skip unrivaled stitch ahead crocheting 5 Double Crochets into the following sew. Skip a stitch, then crochet a One-person Crochet. *Skip unrivalled stitch before crocheting 5 Double Crochets. Jump a stitch, then crochet a Individualistic Crochet. Repeat from the * mark all across, making surely to cease with a Single stitch.

Secure off, and weave in loose ends.
